Event terms & conditions
These terms apply to Portal events and creator programs, including Portal Gen8: Creators Program, and to group product feedback sessions booked at /booking.
1. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals and teams who can provide accurate contact details and a clear description of the project they intend to build with Portal tools. Portal may accept or decline applications at its discretion.
2. Participation
Early access, program seats, and related tooling may be limited. Access can change as products evolve. Participants agree to use Portal services lawfully and in line with any program guidelines shared during onboarding.
3. Your content
You retain rights to your original game concepts and assets. By applying, you grant Portal permission to review application materials for selection and support purposes. Public marketing use of your project requires separate consent.
4. Confidentiality
You may receive unreleased product details while in early access. Do not share private builds, credentials, or non-public documentation outside your team without Portal’s written permission.
5. Changes
Portal may update these event terms, program scope, or timelines. Continued participation after notice of material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Group feedback sessions
Invite-only 20-minute group sessions booked at /booking. Confirming a seat means you agree to the session terms on that page: a reward defined by Portal as compensation for your time and feedback only if you stay for the full session (not stacked with other Portal product-feedback rewards for the same session); you will not disclose meeting details, Meet links, recordings, Portal staff, other participants, or anything said in the room; Portal may record internally for research and use anonymized feedback to improve products; you keep rights to your game ideas; Portal may cancel or reschedule; the Meet invite comes only from support@portalgaming.com.
