You may use a downloaded asset inside a game on Portal, under the license you accepted. You may not sell or give away the file by itself. The license is not exclusive. Portal may delist an asset.
Launching an asset
This is my own work, or I have the rights to publish it. If it is not, I bear the risk. Portal is not responsible for copyright or other rights in what I launch.
